The Block is a hit. As it should be. But for the first time ever the geniuses who are responsible for the television we know and love, that becomes part of the fabric of our lives, have revealed their source: the method which with these cultural heroes formulate their brilliant ideas for a new show: the so-called “TV Producer’s Wheel of Fortune”.

Every night, we the people, cuddle up to the shows that offer a warm glow that nurtures us, keeps us safe, helps us make sense of the world, of ourselves; programs such as: Here Come the Habibs.

At first glance it is not unlike Burgo’s Wheel of Fortune with a spinning wheel of segments featuring predominately dollar values.

“They’re indispensable to a TV network. They’d be lost without one” said media commentator Mumbrella..

This wheel is not dissimilar, in that beneath each segment is wealth, but in this instance it hides untold riches.

Created by Surry Hills based agency “Three Bearded Mice” the wheel has served the TV industry for generations.

The segment categories are:

“Cooking, Renovating, Dating, Panel, Hospital, Cop.”
