The trend of Instagramming Instagramers has made its way all the way to the Australian Open.

This pearler was sent to the Surry Hills Times by reader Melissa Cole who spotted these two legends commandeering the walkway of Rod Laver Arena for upwards of 35 minutes effectively meaning the scheduled match between Rafael Nadal and Frances Tiafoe was late to get underway.

When asked by ushers, then security to make their way to their seats the women began frothing at the mouth and violently abusing staff.

Finally Tournament Director Craig Tilly was called in to placate the women. After a tense standoff the two agreed to sit down, after a professional photographer agreed to take their photos.
