A bunch of hard-partying children jacked up on red frogs and Caramello Koalas have brought the neighbourhood into disrepute.
After receiving many noise complaints police attended a Phillips Street residence where several arrests were made in the early hours this morning. Some of the children had to be restrained in head locks and one child needed to be tasered.
The matter is due to face the Downing Centre Court next month.
