A young Surry Hills woman has received so many parking fines she’s past the point of no return.
This renegade is taking the law head on and is now collecting as many fines as possible before the fuzz eventually catches up with her.
“It’s fun,” said Jacquelin 32. “My plan is to make an origami Ibis out of them eventually”.
