Child Faces Court Over Hiding Brother’s Lego. Sentenced to Stand in the Corner for One Hour.

Euripidies Fenston has faced Children’s Court today in Surry Hills over hiding his brother Ludlow’s Lego X-Wing Fighter behind the closet in their shared bedroom.

The accused, Mr Fenston hid his brother’s X-Wing Fighter in retaliation for sibling Ludlow dobbing on Euripidies for walking through the house with muddy shoes earlier that day, resulting in Mr Ludlow having to wash up two evenings in a row.

Walking into court Mr Fenston’s barrister QC Wigbert Kenneth was confident of his client being acquitted due to extenuating circumstances.

Upon receiving the sentence of a non-parole period of one hour standing in the naughty corner, Mr Fenston broke down in tears.

“It’s not fair, you’re slack” wept Mr Fenston in reference to Magistrate Debonaire Monaveen’s sentence and was summarily warned he may be found in contempt of court.
